Who we are
AD ducts provides air duct and HVAC cleaning in southeast Wisconsin. You can reach us at info@adduct.us.
What we collect
Contact form
When you send the form on our contact page, we receive: your name, email address and/or phone number, ZIP code, the service you need, your preferred day, how you would like us to reply, your message, and (if one is running) the offer you chose.
“Check availability”
This tool builds a message from your ZIP code and the service you choose. You send that message yourself, by Messenger or email; the website does not send it. Your ZIP code and service appear in the page address, so they can show up in our web server’s logs.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps technical logs of requests, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your request, check that we serve your area, and arrange the job. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
How it is sent and stored
Contact form requests are sent to our business email inbox by email. We keep them in that inbox for as long as we need them to handle your request and the job.
Cookies
The contact page sets one cookie, only to protect the form against misuse (it expires when you close your browser). The site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Other services
If you choose to message us on Messenger or follow a link to Facebook, Facebook’s own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
Your choices
You can ask us what details we hold about you, or ask us to delete them, by emailing info@adduct.us.
